The Results
In just 11 months, with only 50 articles, I managed to reach 2,500 monthly pageviews from organic Google traffic.
The Challenge
Working with a brand new martial arts sports brand with no backlinks or domain authority to speak of – my challenge was to break the ice with Google and start getting organic visitors to the website.
My Strategy
To begin, I did keyword research and created a blueprint for an effective site architecture to ensure quick search engine indexing and ranking for a brand new site.
I then conducted comprehensive keyword research, identifying 50 attainable keywords (3 topic clusters) that would attract the right audience to the website.
Once I had my target keywords, I set out to create 50 high-quality articles, each ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 words.
